The first time you invited me to a Pronoia retreat I didn’t know a thing about it. You just said, I think you need this. You should come down to Florida, trust me. I trusted you not knowing what would happen. And what happened is you created this incredible space. It was a space where I believe not only grace can operate but a space when you get still and you drop below the “doing” and you can enter into being. That’s where the big ideas are, in the being. The big ideas that can change a life, that can change the world. So for me, by the end of that weekend, I began to see how being still could drop me into a very different place looking for purpose, connecting to source, tapping into that revelation of what your true mission here is.

And the next year, I said to my husband you really need to come with me because I can’t describe this experience. You need to come to experience it with me. He was immediately concerned that it was going to be very "left brain". "We're going to be scheduled and have a lot to do and I don’t need that". So I got him to come and of course, he loved it. For him getting still allowed us to connect as a couple, we connected on a deeper level on the things we want to change in the world. We discussed our mission as human beings... not as a copywriter or contractor. Now when I am in crisis, my mind goes right to "I need to be still", I know how to be still, I can do this! It changed my life, you taught me this, thank you.
